The Kony support team uses sophisticated monitoring tools to track and ensure proper functioning of both applications and the Kony Mobility Platform, so we can identify your problem and come up with a solution – quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.   • Standard support on weekdays around the clock except for the following four-hour window: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM EST (7:30 PM – 11:30 PM EDT)
