Description of Maintenance: Kony Cloud services are being upgraded to the next release. Release notes will be posted to http://docs.kony.com/KonyLibrary/

Note: Because App Services and Sync Services are dedicated single-tenant services, you may open a support ticket and request a different maintenance window for your services between May 6-9 or May 12-16. Tickets need to be opened at least 3 business days before the requested maintenance window and are subject to approval based on the current maintenance schedule capacity.
