Maintenance window: January 29, 2015 05:00 UTC to January 29, 2015 09:00 UTC

To give our customers more time to work around any inconveniences, we have chosen to perform the maintenance originally scheduled on Tuesday, January 27th to Thursday, January 29th.

Impacted Cloud services:

Management Services
- EMM: Impact is minor, no outage is expected.
- The EMM upgrade will cause Android users to be notified that new version of launchpad is available, and will prompt them to update the next time they open launchpad.
- User email IDs that contain ‘+’ and ‘.’ combinations will now be allowed.
Messaging Services
- KMS: Impact is minor, minimal outage expected.
- KMS is adding additional encryption options for stored passwords.
MobileFabric Sync and Server
- Maintenance upgrades to the MobileFabric Sync and Server will be available to existing customers.

High Impact: The scheduled maintenance may result in disruption of service availability; it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable during the maintenance window.
