Cloud Management Console - intermittent access errors

[August 3, 21:08 UTC] The Cloud Management Console Dashboard, Apps, & Support pages are yielding intermittent access errors. We are investigating the issue.

[August 4, 11:38 UTC] We are continuing to observe access errors and are continuing to investigate this issue.

[August 4, 22:53 UTC] We have replaced the underlying hardware, but are still continuing to observe access errors. We are continuing to investigate this issue.

[August 5, 02:18 UTC] Our development and operations teams are continuing to investigate this issue.

[August 5, 11:23 UTC] We have identified the issue and are working toward deploying the solution.

[August 5, 19:37 UTC] Upon further review, additional changes are necessary to provide a solution. While we work toward them, you can use the following workaround:

  1. Log out completely from manage.kony.com if already authenticated.
  2. Browse to the Cloud Management Console Dashboard.
  3. You will be redirected to provide your email and password because this is a protected page. Note that the workaround requests this page initially over HTTP, but the redirected page will be loaded over HTTPS and all subsequent connections to the main site will be private.
  4. Provide your email and password and click Sign In.
  5. The Cloud Management Console Dashboard will then load successfully.

[August 8, 17:15 UTC] Resolved. We identified a a redirect loop that was occurring when certain routes were being accessed and have deployed a fix for it. Access to the Dashboard, Apps, & Support pages has now been resotred and we will continue to monitor the system closely.
