Management Services Hotfix - Policy fetch on child app is not working

The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

Impacted Cloud services:

Management Services
- Direct launch of an App is yielding an empty dialog and clicking on OK navigates a user back to the Launchpad.
- Launch of an App from Launchpad is yielding an error indicating, “Unable to load policy message.”
- Root cause was discovered to be a change to certificates that was introduced by Apple.

Impact Level : minor

No significant downtime is expected. The scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal disruption of service availability; however, it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

Notes:

Launchpad upgrade is not required.
This hotfix has been postponed until September 16th.
