Management Services Hotfix - Support for iOS 10 and Android N

The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

Support for iOS 10 and Android N platforms.
- A Launchpad upgrade will be required for all iOS and Android users.
- For users who have already upgraded to iOS 10, the current version of Launchpad is crashing on iOS 10 when launching the app, which prevents users from upgrading to the latest version provided in this hotfix. Additional upgrade steps will be provided soon in this post for how these users can upgrade their Launchpad on their devices without removing the existing Launchpad.
- Fix issues reported in the following Tickets: 68434, 68534, 68637, 68679.
Renew MDM vendor signing certificate, reported in Ticket 68112.
Fix failure to launch child app from other apps and error indicating that the app must be launched from the Enterprise store, reported in Ticket 67799.
Fix browser hang or login failure (error code 11) reported in Ticket 68319.

Impact Level : medium

No significant downtime is expected. The scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal disruption of service availability; however, it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

Note: a Launchpad upgrade is required for all iOS and Android users.
