If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

Users may now also download via Launchpad using OAuth2 authentication, which was available earlier only for Launchpad login. OAuth2 Launchpad login was introduced in 4.2, and now being introduced for downloads as well.
Note: Launchpad upgrade is not required
