[19:42 UTC] Resolved. Our Cloud hosting provider has resolved an issue affecting network connectivity to Clouds in the Ireland region. Increased packet loss determined to be occurring between 17:59 UTC and 18:46 UTC. Network connectivity for the subset of affected Clouds has now been restored. We will continue to monitor.
