[18:34 UTC] Network connectivity to some Clouds within Sao Paulo may be impaired. The root cause has been identified and our Cloud hosting provider is currently working to resolve the issue. We are continuing to monitor closely.

[19:27 UTC] Resolved. Our Cloud hosting provider has resolved the root cause, which was attributed to an external service provider. Increased packet loss determined to be occurring between 17:34 UTC and 18:41 UTC. Network connectivity for the subset of affected Clouds has now been restored. We will continue to monitor.
