[16:47 UTC] We have detected an increase in latency and error rates for responses from our API servers. We are investigating the issue.
[17:37 UTC] We have identified the issue and have taken action. Performance and error rates have improved back to expected levels. We will continue to monitor. This has been a recurring issue and we are working on correcting the issue to prevent further occurrences. We will continue to monitor until system performance is stabilized.
