Between 14:20 and 14:58 UTC, Identity services for some customers in Virginia (in cluster 1) suffered significant performance degradation, which would have led to a high frequency of timeouts. Performance has since been restored. We have determined the root cause attributed to unscheduled load testing performed by one of our internal teams and have taken corrective action to minimize future occurrences.
