The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

Impacted Cloud services:

Management services
- Fix application not working after wrapping in EMM
- Note that any app published in EMM where this issue was occurring will need to be re-wrapped after this maintenance window to apply this fix
- This deployment was originally scheduled for February 5 and communicated in https://www.kony.com/status/v8-fixes-0
Workspace services
- Fix issue if default permissions is set to any value other than “fullaccess” to everyone and when member creates a service that same member is unable to create operations in the new service

Impact Level : minor

No downtime is expected while this maintenance is being performed. The scheduled maintenance is designed to mitigate disruptions to service availability and performance. However, it is possible for the impacted service(s) to be unavailable and/or performance degraded for a short period of time during the maintenance window.
