The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

- Support for testing API Proxy connector and importing API Proxy Operations from an OpenAPI (Swagger) file
- Publish reconfiguration support extended to all integration services
- Ability for users with “Reports Full Access” to run reports without having access to cloud
Offline Objects
- Offline Objects API access in MVC models
- Offline objects support for Service Driven Objects (SDO)
- Sync config policies (Upload/Download)
- Binary download support
- Disable change tracking
- Mark records for upload
- Incremental metadata support
- Cancel sync

Impact Level : high

We anticipate that Identity services will be unavailable for a portion of the maintenance window. Other Cloud services are not anticipated to be affected during the maintenance window. The scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal disruption of service availability; however, it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

[2018-04-23 15:00 UTC] Deployments for Sydney region ran over original maintenance window by approximately 1 hour. Deployments for Singapore and Tokyo regions have been delayed and will resume during the window of April 24 00:01 to 04:00 (local to each region’s timezones). Deployments for other regions have been completed. As mentioned in the details above, existing Clouds containing Kony Integration Server runtime environments are not automatically upgraded during the maintenance window. If you wish to upgrade Integration Server (and/or Sync), please open a support ticket, specifying your Cloud(s), desired version (v8.2), and desired maintenance window(s) when we can apply the upgrade. We are anticipating that we will be able to start processing upgrade requests by April 25. Additionally, the Fabric console deployment has also been postponed until after the deployments for Singapore and Tokyo have been carried out.

[2018-04-24 11:30 UTC] The Fabric console deployment was completed at 02:14 UTC, wrapping up all planned deployments.
