Kony Cloud Analytics - Performance maintenance

Maintenance window: July 11, 2018 20:00 UTC to July 13, 2018 20:00 UTC
The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

Our Analytics system will be under maintenance for approximately 12 hours. Ingestion of new event data will be paused while maintenance is being performed. During the maintenance window, the system will be operating in a read-only mode. Kony Cloud Analytics reports will continue to be available during this time, but will not contain newly ingested data until the maintenance has been completed.

[2018-07-16 15:48 UTC] The scheduled maintenance was completed over the weekend. Reports have been and are still available. New data is being ingested and we are approximately 30 minutes behind in processing. We are continuing to monitor and will update this post once analytics data is current.
