During the maintenance window, reports will still be available via the Cloud management console (https://manage.kony.com), but the processing of analytics will be delayed. We will provide an update once processing has been restored and all analytics up to the current time would be available within reports.

[2019-06-18 05:33 UTC] Database maintenance has been completed and analytics collection has resumed. We will provide another update once analytics have been processed up to the current time and would be available within reports.

[2019-06-18 11:32 UTC] Analytics collection up to the current time has been completed. Analytics are continuing to be processed at expected rates and all data collected from yesterday would be available within reports.
