There were access issues when reaching Access has been restored and Engineering is looking into the incident. There was some abnormal load, but not so much that we expected any impact. Note that this affected access to the web site, but would have had no impact to customers’ production systems.

[2020-04-09 17:00 UTC] Resolved All new production nodes have been created. Existing nodes have been parked for further investigation.

[2020-04-09 19:15 UTC] All logs and metrics have been collected for Engineering teams to analyze.
