Management Services Hotfix

Maintenance window: August 07, 2017 00:01 to August 07, 2017 04:00
The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.
Impacted Cloud services:
  • Management Services

    • Fix wrapping issue when using old libraries (android-23 (android.jar)) and apktool-2.1.1 (apktool.jar), which was not compatible with Android-25. Fix is backward compatible to support Java 1.7 in addition to 1.8.

    • Enterprise Store upgrade is not required in this release

No significant downtime is expected. The scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal disruption of service availability; however, it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

Identity Services Release

    • Branding: change display name in MFA client application to Kony MobileFabric Console

    • New API to retrieve list of apps published to an environment

    • Show user friendly error message when user trying to publish with invalid appkey/appsecret

    • Encrypting MFA secret key at rest

    • Suppress error stack traces in case of known errors

    • Enhancement to App Services API to accept multiple service types

    • Warn when creating new identity service with an existing service name
