Workspace services performance in Virginia may be intermittently degraded. An update to Workspace services is planned for Monday, 30 July, 2018 to address the issue.
[2018-07-26 15:34 UTC] Resolved. Workspace services performance in Virginia was degraded between 10:12 UTC and 15:12 UTC. Since then, performance has been restored to normal operating levels. We are continuing to monitor the service until we can deploy the Workspace services release scheduled for Monday, 30 July, 2018.

Workspace Services - Virginia unavailability

Workspace services performance in Virginia is degraded.
[12:17 UTC] Resolved. Between 09:19 UTC and 11:24 UTC, Workspace services management’s internal database for Virginia was performing poorly. We have taken diagnostic data from the database and application servers. Development teams are investigating further. In the interim, we have replaced the server hardware running the database and restarted the workspace infrastructure.
Workspace Services - Oregon unavailability
Maintenance window: Please open a support ticket from within the Cloud Management Console to schedule an upgrade.Integration Server 8.2.1.1 Hotfix
Fix issue where caching of the result object fails.
Fix issue where the XPath evaluation takes a longer time when the size of the response payload is more than 4MB.
Fix issue where Tracelog (or) Server Monitoring tables are populated with duplicate data which fills the database.
