Kony Cloud Analytics

Our Analytics Data Warehouse is under maintenance for approximately the next 10 hours. Ingestion of new event data will be paused while maintenance is being performed. During the maintenance window, the system will be operating in a read-only mode. Kony Cloud Analytics reports will continue to be available during this time, but will not contained newly ingested data until the maintenance has been completed.

Identity Services Hotfix

No downtime is expected while this maintenance is being performed. The scheduled maintenance is designed to mitigate disruptions to service availability and performance. [2018-04-29 19:40 UTC] This hotfix has been postponed to May 7 (same time window). Organizations who opened support cases have been presented workarounds until this hotfix is deployed.

[14:00 UTC] Resolved. Starting at 06:41 UTC, we detected a high number of application publish failures. We located the issue and resolved at 14:00 UTC and have been monitoring since that time. If you experienced a publish failure during this incident window, you can now retry. Applications that were already published were not affected.

Engagement Services - Virginia cluster 3 database outage

We anticipate that Identity services will be unavailable for a portion of the maintenance window. Other Cloud services are not anticipated to be affected during the maintenance window. The scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal disruption of service availability; however, it is possible for your service(s) to be unavailable for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

[2018-04-23 15:00 UTC] Deployments for Sydney region ran over original maintenance window by approximately 1 hour. Deployments for Singapore and Tokyo regions have been delayed and will resume during the window of April 24 00:01 to 04:00 (local to each region’s timezones). Deployments for other regions have been completed. As mentioned in the details above, existing Clouds containing Kony Integration Server runtime environments are not automatically upgraded during the maintenance window. If you wish to upgrade Integration Server (and/or Sync), please open a support ticket, specifying your Cloud(s), desired version (v8.2), and desired maintenance window(s) when we can apply the upgrade. We are anticipating that we will be able to start processing upgrade requests by April 25. Additionally, the Fabric console deployment has also been postponed until after the deployments for Singapore and Tokyo have been carried out.

[2018-04-23 20:15 UTC] Postponed deployments for Singapore and Tokyo were completed within their new maintenance windows.

[2018-04-24 11:30 UTC] The Fabric console deployment was completed at 02:14 UTC, wrapping up all planned deployments.
