    [October 26 2018, 10:55 UTC] Resolved. Engagement services in the Sydney region were unavailable between October 26, 2018 08:42 and 09:02 UTC. Since then, services have been restored to normal operating levels. We are continuing to monitor and investigate the root cause of the incident.

    Identity Services - Oregon performance degradation

      Identity services performance in Oregon is significantly degraded. We are investigating.

      [October 26 2018, 13:10 UTC] Resolved. Identity services performance in Oregon was degraded on October 26, 2018 between 06:51 and 07:41 UTC and unavailable during a smaller portion of that window. Since then, performance has been restored to normal operating levels. We have identified the root cause and will be taking measures to mitigate the likelihood of similar issues in the future. We are continuing to monitor closely.

      We are working through an issue that is affecting the ability of some users to open support tickets. We hope to have this issue resolved by the COB Central Time today, October 23, 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue has also been communicated in https://basecamp.kony.com/s/announcements.

      [October 24 2018, 01:38 UTC] Resolved. Support services for customers who were affected have now been restored.

      Internet connectivity issues for Kony Infrastructure in Ireland

        [October 18 2018, 07:15 UTC] Resolved. Kony systems in Ireland region lost access to the internet between October 18, 2018 02:44 and 03:56 UTC. Network issues were noticed with NAT devices  during the application of emergency security updates.  The outage affected outbound internet access from multi-tenant systems. The issue has been resolved and connectivity has been restored. We will continue to monitor.

        All NAT devices in production have been replaced as part of the security patches, but the outage affected only the Ireland region.

        Identity Services - Intermittent authentication failures in Virginia cluster 1

          [2018-10-16 16:48 UTC] Resolved. Identity services in Virginia cluster 1 were intermittently unavailable on October 16, 2018 from 10:05 to 10:29 UTC. Services were restored by 10:30 UTC. We are continuing to monitor and investigate the root cause of the incident.

          Identity Services V8 SP3 FP1 Release

          The maintenance window start and end times are local to the region in which your Clouds are hosted. If you are unsure where your Clouds are hosted, you can hover over a Cloud Name in the Manage Clouds page of the Cloud Management Console and the region will be displayed.

            • Fix unexpected error from Gateway while hitting services from admin console.

            • Fix Token Expired exception when using a native application continuously more for than 15-20 minutes.

The scheduled maintenance is designed to mitigate disruptions to service availability and performance for the impacted Cloud services. However, it is possible for the impacted Cloud services to be unavailable and/or performance degraded for a short period of time during the maintenance window.           Workspace services performance in Virginia is significantly degraded and would impact Fabric console response times and certain activities such as application publishes.

          [2018-10-09 12:00 UTC] Resolved. Workspace services performance in Virginia was degraded between 9:13 UTC and 10:14 UTC. Since then, performance has been restored to normal operating levels. We are continuing to monitor closely.

          V8 SP3 FP1 Fixes
