Cloud Management Console Improvements

    • Improved user experience.

    • Support for versioning of Object services.

    • Support for testing of Object services protected by OAuth 2/Salesforce Identity services from Console.

Cloud Management Console Hotfix - Publish failures for larger projects

  • Cloud Management Console

    • Publish interacts heavily between MBaaS and Workspace, failing for larger projects for cross-region access. For scenarios in which a user doesn’t need to change the configuration during publish, an option has been provided to publish without bringing up the configuration page. Addresses issue reported in Ticket 73419.

Identity Services Hotfix - Production logs and max connection configuration errors

The maintenance window start and end times for service updates are local to each region. Note that maintenance will begin at the next available midnight time slot for a given region meaning that some regions will be updated on December 10.

    • Errors in production logs related to different object with the same identifier value was already associated with the session (MF-3291)

    • context.xml not picking up max connections setting due to misconfiguration (MF-3308)

    • User experience enhancements.

    • User can now specify an app key & app secret when doing a publish of MobileFabric app. If not specified, those would be auto generated during publish and the old ones retained during republish.

    • Support for Swagger integration services.

    • Support for inviting users from Visualizer Starter & Visualizer Enterprise tabs in Dashboard.

    • Fix ‘Looping service loopcount vulnerability’ reported in Ticket 67906. We have added support for configuring if loop count for a looping orchestration operation can be overridden by the app and the cap for the same.

    • Stabilization and defect fixes.

  • Identity Services

    • minor enhancements in publish flow

    • support for refreshing backend tokens in custom identity provider

    • transient login enhancements

    • allow update of appkey/app secret in app publish flow

    • idle timeout check on publish status of an app

    • fix for failing ForgeRock OAuth2 token request

    • fix for on premise console login failing with IIS as reverse proxy

    • fix for app sso login when profile is not available in oauth identity provider

    • fix for including profile in token in case of SAML identity provider

Reporting Services Upgrade

Maintenance window: November 26, 2016 00:01 UTC to November 26, 2016 23:59 UTC

  • Reporting Services

    • Upgrade reporting servers

    • Fix issue reported in Ticket 70975


Impact Level : high

Reporting services are expected to be unavailable for a significant portion of time during the maintenance window while we perform upgrades to our servers. Runtime environments are not expected to be affected. Any application activity while the maintenance is being performed will still be recorded while the reporting services are unavailable. This data will become available after the maintenance has been completed and after the backlog of queued data can be processed, which we anticipate will require a few hours.
