Duplicate PKI key inserted on initial execution
Incident window: November 08, 2016 16:34 UTC Impacted Cloud services:Management Services
We have detected an issue with PKI key generation in the EMM Management Console (in response to Ticket 70700) where a duplicate key is intermittently inserted after initial execution. While we are working toward addressing the duplicate key issue, the issue can be resolved by force-generating a new PKI key pair. To generate a new PKI key pair, you can browse to the ‘Application Settings’ menu, then click into the ‘Encryption Key’ tab, then click the ‘Generate Now’ button within the ‘Status’ section (steps are reflected in this screenshot.

Cloud Management Console Hotfix - Wrong timestamp format for media object
Maintenance window: October 28, 2016 05:00 UTC to October 28, 2016 09:00 UTC Impacted Cloud services:-
For an SAP object service datasource, the media object should not be stamped as the first object in the sync configuration. This is to workaround a limitation in Sync where the it honors the last updated field from the first object instead of per object. Media object does not have a last updated field, which causes issues. The workaround was to add the media objects towards the end. However, it was relying on an app model object name and thus would not have handled the case where the object (mapped to media object) has been renamed. The check has now been changed to be based off the mapped backend object name. The check has also been enhanced to handle multiple objects being mapped to the media object. All of these objects would appear later in the sync configuration. Fixes issue reported in Ticket 69490.
