Management Services Hotfix - Support for iOS 10 and Android N

Support for iOS 10 and Android N platforms.
A Launchpad upgrade will be required for all iOS and Android users.
For users who have already upgraded to iOS 10, the current version of Launchpad is crashing on iOS 10 when launching the app, which prevents users from upgrading to the latest version provided in this hotfix. Additional upgrade steps will be provided soon in this post for how these users can upgrade their Launchpad on their devices without removing the existing Launchpad.
Fix issues reported in the following Tickets: 68434, 68534, 68637, 68679.
Renew MDM vendor signing certificate, reported in Ticket 68112.
Fix failure to launch child app from other apps and error indicating that the app must be launched from the Enterprise store, reported in Ticket 67799.
Fix browser hang or login failure (error code 11) reported in Ticket 68319.

Management Services Hotfix - Policy fetch on child app is not working

Direct launch of an App is yielding an empty dialog and clicking on OK navigates a user back to the Launchpad.
Launch of an App from Launchpad is yielding an error indicating, “Unable to load policy message.”
Root cause was discovered to be a change to certificates that was introduced by Apple.

MobileFabric Object Services Hotfix - Object Metadata Can Exceed Allocated Meta Size in Table Column
