[2016/07/08 21:40 UTC] We are continuing to investigate the issue. We anticipate that we will have the issue resolved and be able to correct any creation failures that have occurred within the next 24-48 hours.

[2016/07/13 15:08 UTC] We will be deploying a hotfix to address the issue, which can be attributed to a problem with our underlying EMM tenant provisioning API. The hotfix bears no risks or impacts to existing EMM instances. Once deployed, we will then start addressing the creation failures that have occurred within affected regions.

[2016/07/13 22:57 UTC] We deployed a hotfix to address the issue for new EMM tenants provisioned outside of the US.
