App publish failures

Impacted Cloud services:
  • Application publishes are failing and returning an error indicating, “Internal Error. Failed to check Server state - Failed to propagate Integration Services to Runtime.”

    • Reported in Tickets 80886, 80898, 80913


Impact Level : high

[2017-02-14 07:45 UTC] Application publishes should be avoided until we can provide a fix.

[2017-02-14 10:49 UTC] The team has identified the issue and has produced a hotfix. The hotfix is being reviewed and tested. It will be deployed as soon as it has been verified. Application publishes should still be avoided until the hotfix has been deployed.

[2017-02-14 17:30 UTC] The hotfix has been verified and we are working to deploy it. Please continue to stand by and avoid application publishes until the deployment has been completed.

[2017-02-14 19:43 UTC] Resolved. The hotfix has now been deployed. Application publishes can resume. We will continue to monitor application publish attempts.

Identity Services Hotfix

    • Update SSL certificates for *.konycloud.com

Impact Level : minor

No downtime is expected for paid customers. Customers evaluating Kony products will see that their MobileFabric trials will be restarted during the maintenance window to pick up the new certificates and may experience a brief disruption of service availability.
