App publish failures
Incident window: February 14, 2017 07:45 UTC to February 14, 2017 19:43 UTC Impacted Cloud services:Application publishes are failing and returning an error indicating, “Internal Error. Failed to check Server state - Failed to propagate Integration Services to Runtime.”

[2017-02-14 07:45 UTC] Application publishes should be avoided until we can provide a fix.
[2017-02-14 10:49 UTC] The team has identified the issue and has produced a hotfix. The hotfix is being reviewed and tested. It will be deployed as soon as it has been verified. Application publishes should still be avoided until the hotfix has been deployed.
[2017-02-14 17:30 UTC] The hotfix has been verified and we are working to deploy it. Please continue to stand by and avoid application publishes until the deployment has been completed.
[2017-02-14 19:43 UTC] Resolved. The hotfix has now been deployed. Application publishes can resume. We will continue to monitor application publish attempts.

MobileFabric - SSL Certificate Updates

Management Services Hotfix

Users may now also download via Launchpad using OAuth2 authentication, which was available earlier only for Launchpad login. OAuth2 Launchpad login was introduced in 4.2, and now being introduced for downloads as well.
