Our hosting provider for iOS wrapping services is performing a hardware update to increase capacity. This maintenance is not expected to incur any downtime or degradation in service performance.

Visualizer Starter Project and Prototype Publish Failures

    • Inability to publish prototypes and projects to Kony Cloud and receive error indicating that, “you do not have proper permissions to perform this function.”


Impact Level : high

During our investigation we discovered an issue in our configuration that explains the failures experienced when attempting to publish projects & prototypes to Kony Cloud from within Kony Visualizer Starter Edition. The configuration issue has since been resolved. Please note that while publishing to Kony Cloud was not possible during this incident window, Kony Visualizer would still allow working with prototypes locally without requiring that those prototypes be published to Kony Cloud. Additionally, the Functional Preview application can also be configured to allow viewing of prototypes that are made available on the same network.

Management and Engagement Services Hotfixes

    • Fixed message templates not getting loaded for a few Clouds.

    • Fixed default ad hoc permissions not getting assigned for Cloud users.

    • Fixes in 4.0.0.1

    • Issues affecting customers who were originally on 3.0.1 who upgraded to 3.5.1 and then were upgraded to 4.0.

    • All customers already on 4.0 have been patched.

Impact Level : minor

PROD SCEP issue has now been resolved. For reasons unknown, when we updated the CERTs on the SCEP server, EMM would not respect the new boxes without a restart. It took some time to triage this. All EMM systems have since been bounced with no outage, but new iOS device enrollments were blocked.

Unable to upload using wrap and sign option

An issue was identified with “Wrap and Sign” for Android that was dependent on a fix being released by Dexguard. The necessary fix from Dexguard has now been released and we are working to provide a hotfix to correct the original issue as soon as possible.
