  • Kony analytics services


Impact Level : high

A customer engaged a penetration test that flooded the analytics system with invalid data and impacted message processing during the incident window. Customers may have experienced extended deployment times while we mitigated the invalid data. The issue has since been resolved and the affected systems are operating normally.

    • Hotfix for Launchpad upgrade failure, if there are any binary URL apps in the specific tenant.

    • Hotfix for being unable to target MCM folder for user on MAM-only license, if there is no Windows platform enabled.

  • Urgent hotfixes are being applied to address the following issues:

    • App signing / wrapping is failing for some customers

    • EMM API emm_js_sdk.zip is failing intermittently on some iOS devices

    • Issue opening attachments when application is running from MDM-Launchpad on Android

    • Issue whitelisting some Google Play apps on the launchpad

Report processing suffered intermittent outages on one node earlier today during the incident window. Users may have had to reconnect to view reports during this time. The issue has been resolved and the system is currently operating normally.

Impact Level : high

Kony Cloud administration access services yielded slow response times and intermittent timeouts during the incident window. Users may not have been able to access Cloud management consoles during this time. The issue has been resolved and the system is currently operating normally. Runtime services for applications were not affected.
