  • Urgent hotfixes are being applied to address the following issues:

    • App signing / wrapping is failing for some customers

    • EMM API emm_js_sdk.zip is failing intermittently on some iOS devices

    • Issue opening attachments when application is running from MDM-Launchpad on Android

    • Issue whitelisting some Google Play apps on the launchpad

Report processing suffered intermittent outages on one node earlier today during the incident window. Users may have had to reconnect to view reports during this time. The issue has been resolved and the system is currently operating normally.

Impact Level : high

Kony Cloud administration access services yielded slow response times and intermittent timeouts during the incident window. Users may not have been able to access Cloud management consoles during this time. The issue has been resolved and the system is currently operating normally. Runtime services for applications were not affected.

Over the last 24 to 48 hours we have detected intermittent outages and failures in report generation from the analytics subsystem. We are working to correct the root issue and have currently stabilized the system. We expect to resolve the root issue within the next 24 hours.

  • Kony services hosted in the Northern Virginia region that were utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Storage Service


Impact Level : high

During this time period there were elevated error rates and latencies due to issues with the AWS Simple Storage Service. Amazon has reported that these issues have since been corrected as of the incident window end. We have also not detected any further issues since that time.
