Impact Level : high

VPN server hardware performance degraded and affected two customers during this period. VPN failover was performed. New VPN hardware has been built-out and will be put into service at approximately 2:00am EST / 6:00am UTC. The VPN server maintenance that was scheduled for June 22, 2015 is no longer necessary and will be canceled.
